Account Deletion
Request deletion of your It's Hard account
This page is the public deletion resource for It's Hard. If you created an account, you can request permanent deletion either from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete inside the app
Sign in, open Profile, and use Delete Account in the Danger Zone. This permanently removes your login and associated workout, nutrition, goal, routine, and leaderboard data.
Delete without app access
Email support@itshard.work from the address tied to your account and request account deletion. Include "Delete It's Hard account" in the subject line so we can process it faster.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete the account data associated with that login, and clear the profile from synced app services. Data stored only on your current device is removed when deletion is triggered in-app.
